HARRIES. The pedigree Is traced to Cruchton, co. Salop, A.D. 1403. It has been supposed that the Harries's are of the old race of " Fitz-Heury," mentioned in deeds of that county, and who were seated at Little Sutton prior to the reign of Edward III. Shirley's Noble and Gentle Men, p. 204.
